Marco Polo Limassol

Status: Under Development

Marco Polo is a two-tower residential project in the area of Ayios Tychonas in Limassol. The project will include two towers, a 25-storey tower and a 16-storey tower, as well as a communal square that will be open to the public. The project’s architecture offers residents 180° panoramic views.

Marco Polo will be developed in the former area of the Golden Arches hotel which has been recently demolished.

The project will provide 96 residential apartments and penthouses as well as retail, food and beverage outlets on the towers’ ground floors. Facilities also include a two-level underground parking, swimming pools and gyms.

 

Additionally, two swimming pools will be placed on the tower ceilings for private use by penthouse residents.

Marco Polo’s location is in the heart of the city’s tourist area and provides residents with many options for dining and entertainment. Uptown Square, a group of restaurants, is adjacent to the project’s location while the newly built Parklane Resort & Spa is a 5-minute drive away.
