Aphrodite Hills is a golf resort that offers apartments and villas in the Kouklia village area of Pafos. It is the first golf development of its kind in Cyprus as the golf course was first established in 2002. American Cabell Robinson is responsible for the design of the award-winning 18-hole golf course.

 

A 5-star hotel is also on-site and is owned by Atlantica Hotels and offers 290 rooms. There are villas for both short-stay visits as well as for sale.

 

The resort offers apartments for sale in 1, 2 and 3-bedroom layouts. First-floor apartments have balconies and ground-floor apartments have gardens. All apartments are located within 6 different villages (Adonis, Apollo, Helios, Theseus, Zephyros, Alexander) and each village has a communal pool for residents. They are a 10-minute walk from the resort’s centre and no car rental is required.

 

Villas for sale are offered in 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6-bedroom layouts and are categorised in junior villas, superior villas and luxury villas. Junior villas either have access to a communal pool or have the added option of a private pool. Superior villas come with a private pool and full self-catering facilities. Luxury villas includes a jacuzzi and a swimming pool with infinity edges, a built-in barbeque, home automation and utility and storage rooms.

The resort is planning to build an additional 9 two-storey villas and 5 one-storey villas called the Hermes Sea View Villas. These villas are planned to offer infinity edge swimming pools and private gardens.

The resort’s facilities include a spa, areas for wedding ceremonies, areas for conferences, a clubhouse with a restaurant, proshop and golf academy, nine tennis courts and the village square that is in the centre of the resort and offers retail shopping, a supermarket, cafes and a medical centre.

The resort offers property management services, property rental and resale services, security installation services as well as all the facilities within the 5-star hotel.

 

The resort is located a 20-minute drive from Paphos International airport and 70-minutes from Larnaca International airport. It is also located close to both the cities of Limassol and Pafos with the first being a 30-minute drive while the latter 20 minutes.
