Aqua Park Resort Limassol

The Aqua Park Resort is a residential project located in the Mouttayaka area of Limassol.
The project comprises 88 apartment and maisonette units that are available in one, two and three-bedroom layouts. They are situated from the ground floor to the 3rd floor. Apartments on top floors enjoy private gardens while the ones located on the ground floor all have a private swimming pool.
Additionally, there are four communal swimming pools and gardens for the whole resort. It is an extension on the already existing resort and despite not being located seaside, it is merely 200 metres away from the sea.
The resort includes the on-site Aqua Park vacation club which offers residents many facilities. Facilities include a playground area, a spa, gym facilities, an indoor pool, a restaurant, a cafeteria, sundecks, a lobby and secured gated entrance. The resort also offers residents concierge services.
The resort’s location allows residents to be a few minutes’ walk from the Germasoyia tourist area of Limassol which has many options for necessities as well as for dining, shopping and entertainment purposes.
The city’s biggest cinema, K-Cineplex Limassol, is adjacent to the resort, while the beach is only a 10-minute walk away. Guaba Beach Bar, the seventeenth best club in the world, is also a 10-minute walk from the resort. Both international airports are a 45-minute drive from the resort.
