Aura Limassol

Aura is a residential building in Limassol and will consist of thirty-seven floors of 137 residences and will be 197 metres high from the ground. It will be located across the city’s coastal road.

 

The building is separated from the beach by the October 28th Avenue, Limassol’s main seafront avenue. Aura . British international architectural studio Foster + Partners is responsible for the Aura’s unique architectural concept.

 

The residences will be placed on pillars 24 metres high from the ground level and will feature 7,000 sqm landscaped gardens at its base. Its design will ensure residents sea views from all the apartments.

Its location allows residents to be a 15-minute walk from the city centre and business district. It is close to a large availability of shop, bar and restaurants and Limassol’s public bus service runs the entire length of Limassol’s coastline. The Limassol Zoo and Public Gardens are located in the west and the Enaerios Complex and Makarios Avenue in the east, while the Cypriot World Trade Centre is a 7-minute walk from the Aura.

Aura’s 137 residences consist of en-suite apartments and en-suite penthouses. Apartments are offered in 2, 3 and 4-bedroom layouts while the penthouses (not sure if only one penthouse or many) are offered in a 5-bedroom layout.

The Aura’s facilities are offered in a 21000 sqm two-floor format and include an indoor and outdoor heated swimming pools, a pool bar, a gym, a spa, restaurants, bars and lounge, multipurpose function areas with terraces, an atrium with communal gardens and an exhibition gallery.

The Aura offers its residents 24-hour security with CCTV, 24-hour concierge services, private dining, on-site security, property management with managed rental pool option, secured underground parking and individual storage units for every apartment.
