Ayia Napa Marina

Status: Under Development

The Ayia Napa Marina will be the biggest seafront development in Cyprus and will consist of 190 apartments and 29 villas. A common hub called the Pyare village will feature retail shops, restaurants and bars which will be spread out along a pedestrian promenade. A 400 sqm spa with fitness facilities and an event centre for events such as parties and concerts will also be on-site.

The Ayia Napa Marina will be able to host 600 yachts in wet and dry storage and accommodate yachts 60 meters in length. A Yacht club & Beach club is also programmed to be constructed on the premises with an infinity pool, a bar and private cabana areas.

 

The Ayia Napa Marina’s amenities for residents include a gated entrance, 24-hour concierge service, 24-hour security, serviced beaches, property management and rentals as well as over 850 parking spaces.

The Ayia Napa Apartments consist of two towers (East, West). The two towers are over 100 metres tall and have T-shaped plans that twist 1.6 degrees per floor. US-based architectural, planning and engineering firm SmithGroup is responsible for this modern architectural concept.

The East tower is located at the commercial hub of the marina and has 90 one, two, three or four-bedroom apartments, including penthouses on the top two floors.

​

The West tower is in a more isolated, residential area and offers 100 one, two, three or four-bedroom apartments, including penthouses on the top two floors. It also features a private amenities deck that includes a garden and lawn, cabanas, a protected child play area and day-care facilities and two swimming pools.

​

Ayia Napa’s villas are all designed with a modern, open-plan concept. The Villas are fully detached and are comprised of four levels (lower level, ground level, first floor, roof garden). Each Villa has 2.8-meter-tall glass door which slide into the walls and extend the ground level living spaces onto the terrace and swimming pool deck.

​

There is a total of 29 villas and are broken down into three types, Island Villas, Beach Villas and Peninsula Marina Villas. Each villa includes a private plunge pool with infinity edge.

They all offer private berths for yachts up to 18 metres, infinity edge pools, and will be available by 2020-2021.
