Blu Marine will comprise two residential towers standing at twenty-one storeys and an eleven-floor office tower. Residences will include one, two, three and four-bedroom apartments as well as penthouses. All apartments will offer balconies and sea views and all penthouses will offer private pools and jacuzzi.

 

The project is located close to the Limassol Marina and will offer residential and office spaces. It will be parallel to the Franklin Roosevelt avenue and will be in the heart of the city’s master plan for an urban regeneration scheme to improve the area’s existing hub for shipping and IT companies.
