Citrine Estates is residential development near the Lady’s mile beach area located west of Limassol within the Akrotiri Peninsula. The project offers residences in the form of apartment blocks, houses and villas and will be completed in three phases.

Phase one, Citrus, comprises the residential development with the remaining two phases dedicated to additional amenities for residents as well as the development of further residential plots.

Citrine Estates offers three apartment blocks that include one and two-bedroom apartments, two-bedroom residences, three-bedroom residences, three-bedroom villas and four-bedroom villas.

The apartments’ facilities include jacuzzi, terraces, a roof garden area with space for BBQ, private storage for each apartment, designated parking spaces and a communal swimming pool with gardens.

Both residences and villas come with a private swimming pool, a private garden, sunbathing decks and a rooftop terrace with BBQ area.

Citrine Estates’ location allows residents to be a 5-minute drive from both My Mall Limassol and the casino-resort City of Dreams Mediterranean that is expected to be finished by 2021.

Additionally, Lady’s Mile Beach offers a wide variety of restaurants and taverns located seaside on blue-flagged beaches. Limassol’s Old Town and the city centre are also a few minutes-drive from Citrine Estates’ location.
