Del Mar is located in Limassol city, between the city’s tourist area and the Limassol Old port. The building itself features modern architecture as it utilises a high-rise curvilinear designer that ensures that all 173 apartments have a view of the sea.

 

Benoy, well known for its global retail architecture, is responsible for the architectural concept while BuroHappold engineering is responsible for the structural design.
