Eagle Pine Golf Resort Limassol

The Eagle Pine Golf Resort will offer a total of 1,000 residences that will be broken down in villas, townhouses and apartments in unified developments. An on-site five-star boutique hotel will provide an additional eighty deluxe rooms. The total land to be constructed will be 1,717,521 sqm. and will be located north-west of Limassol between the villages of Ayios Amvrosios, Paramali and Sotira.

The resort will offer an 18-hole golf course which will include a pro-shop and a clubhouse. Graham Marsh Golf Design, a renowned Australian golf course architect, is responsible for designing the golf course for the resort.

 

The resort’s plan for its residences is to have 700 villas in individual plots and 300 villas, semi-detached houses and apartments in unified developments. All 700 villas will provide a swimming pool. EDSA, the American landscape architecture and urban design firm, will design the residences and will feature a contemporary Mediterranean style.

The resort’s location will allow residents to be a 20-minute drive from the Limassol Casino as well as the Limassol Marina, a 35-minute drive from the Paphos International airport, 60-minutes from Larnaca International airport and 25 minutes from the Limassol city centre.

The Eagle Pine Golf Resort will offer residents several facilities. The clubhouse will include a cigar bar and a restaurant along with the pro-shop. The boutique hotel will also offer a restaurant, a bar, a swimming pool, a spa as well as conference and events facilities.

 

A 2,145 sqm retail area is also being planned for construction in later phases and will offer a many retail stores for residents.
