Elea Estate Residences is a residential complex of 46 villas that will include apartments, semi-detached houses, villas and a limited number of residential plots for buyers to build their own villa.

 

There are thirteen Luxury villas will be available in 4 and 5-bedroom layouts that are fronted by the golf course, twenty-three Luxury villas with 3, 4 and 5-bedroom layouts, and ten garden villas with 2 and 3-bedroom layouts. They all offer parking, balconies, terraces and roof gardens and include a multi-purpose room at the lower level which can be.

 

These residential properties reside within the Elea Golf Course Resort which is located in the Geroskipou area of Paphos. The Elea Estate Residences are located a 15-minute drive away from both the Paphos’ centre as well as the Paphos international airport. Kings Avenue Mall, one of Cyprus largest commercial developments, is also 15 minutes from the residences.

The golf course was designed by English golfer Sir Nick Faldo and includes an 18-hole course. A pro-shop and a clubhouse with dining options are available for residents on-site.

Services for residents include 24-hour security, 24-hour concierge service, villa repair and maintenance, villa cleaning services and a property rental service for holiday or long term villa rentals.

Phase 1 is under development and will include the first of fourty-six exclusive villas available in six different styles. Currently there are a small number of golf apartments available situated in the resort’s location of the hillside that include a communal pool, a BBQ area and landscaped gardens.

 

There are six 2-bedroom apartments either on the ground floor or on the first floor with a veranda, two 2-bedroom maisonettes 2-storey apartments and two 1-bedroom apartments on the first floor. Covered parking is also available for all apartments.

Phase 2 will include the creation of the village square that will include restaurants, bars and retail shops. Upon its completion it will also include a boutique hotel with forty rooms, a bigger range of dining and hospitality options, a spa and a swimming pool complex.

 

The project in general aims to have 300 residences upon completion and the master plan and clubhouse were designed by world-renowned architects Hart Howerton.
