The Four Seasons Hotel in Limassol offers residents an alternative form of accommodation through an eight-floor tower with residential apartments. Located above the hotel’s popular Colors café, it allows full access to the hotel’s facilities in combination with personalised facilities and amenities for its residents.

There are two types of residences, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments. Both residences offer a dining area, an open-plan fully-equipped kitchen, en-suite bathrooms, storage space and a patio for outdoor dining.

 

The one-bedroom apartment can accommodate two adults and a child, while the two-bedroom apartment can accommodate either four adults or two adults and three children.

 

One-bedroom apartments are on the seventh floor and two-bedroom apartments on various floors of the tower.

 

Residents can enjoy facilities from both the hotel and the residential tower. The hotel offers award-winning restaurants, in-house boutiques, conference rooms, a spa, a hair salon, a fitness centre, swimming pools and a kindergarten.

 

The residential tower provides residents with a private entrance, gated underground parking and a reception.

 

Services offered to residents include 24-hour security, laundry services, grocery shopping, personal trainer, catering and private chef services, concierge services and in-residence housekeeping.
