iHOME is a two-tower condominium of apartments, duplex apartments and penthouses. Tower A is 87 metres high while Tower B is 75 metres high and are located 100 meters from the sea but are not seaside. Residents will have to walk downhill and cross the seaside Amathountos road in order to get to a public beach.

The iHome Highrise apartments are located in Limassol city’s tourist area of Ayios Tychonas and are a few minutes drive from some of the city’s top hotels such as the newly built Parklane Resort & Spa and the Four Seasons Hotel.

There is a total of twenty-eight apartments, while sixteen of those apartments have verandas. The iHome Highrise apartments include 3-bedroom apartments which come with a roof garden, 4-bedroom duplex penthouses and penthouses. Both duplexes and penthouses also include a roof garden. 

The iHome Highrise apartments common facilities include a common swimming pool with infinity edge, a lounge area for each tower with a butler, sauna, a gym, a pool bar, gardening services, apartment rental management and maintenance and underground parking.
