Marr Tower Limassol

The Marr tower is a high-rise tower project in the area of Germasogeia, Limassol. It comprises 24 floors of residential apartments and penthouses standing at 110 metres high off the ground. Its height and design will offer panoramic 360 sea and city views of Limassol. It will not be a beachfront property but will be within walking distance to the beach.

The Marr tower will include a total of 65 residential units, 63 apartments and 2 duplex penthouses with a roof garden. Apartments are available in one, two and three-bedroom layouts. All residential units come covered balconies with sea-views and have floor-to-ceiling windows.

The project’s facilities include secured gated entrance, concierge services, 24-hour security, basement parking, visitor parking, lobby,a communal swimming pool, sun decks, a pool bar, gym and sauna, storage space for each resident, bar room with snooker and billiard, a children’s playground and a tennis court. The tower’s management also offers residents property management services.

A walk around the tourist area of Germasogeia provides residents with designer shops, banks and 5-star hotels. Limassol’s public bus service runs the entire length of Limassol’s coastline and provides residents with a big variety of cafes, beach bars and restaurants.
