Neapolis Smart EcoCity Paphos

The Neapolis Smart EcoCity is a €2 billion project in Paphos that aims to develop an environmentally sustainable city, education, healthcare and business centre. It will consist of the Neapolis University, the Neapolis Healthcare Park and the Neapolis Commerce & Business Park.

 

The entire project will be built in an area of 1,1 million sqm and aims to become the prototype of an eco-efficient and smart city by incorporating ‘green’ technologies and smart solutions.

The Neapolis Smart EcoCity is located in the Geroskipou area of Pafos and is in an ideal central location.

 

Residents are a 5-minute drive away from the city centre, a 10-minute drive from the Paphos International airport, a 5-minute drive from the seafront and a 5-minute drive from the A6 highway which connects Paphos to the rest of Cyprus. Additionally, it is a 10-minute drive away from the city’s main tourist area with many options for bars and clubs.

Currently there are two types of accommodation being planned, the Neapolis Executive Suites and the Neapolis Assisted Living Residences. The Executive Suites will reside in the Neapolis Commercial & Business Park. The Neapolis Commercial & Business Park will also offer a mall, a cultural park, custom designed office towers and the Neapolis Power center.

The Neapolis Executive Suites will offer a business hotel with 120 rooms that includes modern office spaces as well as single-storey residences at the higher floors. Office owners and residents of the Executive suites will benefit from a number of amenities such as en-suite business upgraded business facilities, spa facilities and executive conference facilities.

The Neapolis Assisted Living Residences will be built within the Neapolis Healthcare Park and will offer residences catered to the needs of the elderly with medical care and other support services. The Neapolis Healthcare Park will also include a 120-bed speciality hospital an oncology center, a rehabilitation center and a wellness center that will offer non-clinical health treatments.

The project will include the Neapolis University which will consist of a School of Business, School of Health Sciences and a School of Architecture, Land and Environmental Sciences. It will be able to accommodate up to 3,000 students and will be the first true-sized campus university on the island.
