NEO is a residential project that comprises four towers and will be located on Limassol's seafront, adjacent to the Municipal Gardens and Gallery and the Limassol Zoo. It will be one of the largest residential developments in Cyprus.

 

The four towers will have varying heights, 43, 38, 31 and 28 floors with the highest tower being 173 metres off the ground.

 

The project will start on 2020 and will take 5 years to complete.

NEO will offer 345 apartments and the first phase towers, RIVA and KAIA, will include 219 apartments and 2 penthouses with private infinity edge swimming pools.

 

Architecture firm Woods Bagot is responsible for the project’s concept while engineering consultants BuroHappold, engineering firm Meinhardt and landscape architects Andy Sturgeon complete the project’s team.

NEO’s facilities will include a 2,100 sqm area for shops and restaurants, a public square of 4,900 sqm, three outdoor communal swimming pools, a two-level underground parking, a wellness and centre with a heated indoor swimming pool and hydro pool, a private cinema, a gym and tennis courts. Residents will be able to enjoy six-star amenities.

The project’s location will allow residents to be a 5-minute drive away from the Limassol Marina and the city centre, as well as a 50-minute drive from both the island’s international airports.

 

NEO’s specifications include:

• Tower 1: 43 floors and 175 metres high

• Tower 2: 38 floors and 150 metres high

• Tower 3: 31 floors and 120 metres high

• Tower 4: 25 floors and 95 metres high
