The Cyprus Environmental Authority approved the € 33 mln "Starlings" residential project located on the Limassol Greens Golf project.

The Starlings residential project is being built in the western part of Limassol in the Tserkezoi area. The project will include three identical buildings of six floors, with the height of each building reaching approximately 22 meters. The development is expected to house 414 people.

Access to the three buildings will be via an internal road network. The Starlings residential buildings will have outdoor parking areas, the surrounding landscaping is designed to incorporate native, water-efficient plants. The irrigation of green spaces will mainly use recycled water.

The Starlings residential project is a part of a larger € 500 million development initiative: the Limassol Greens Golf Resort. The Limassol Greens Golf Resort consists of 750 residential units, including villas, houses, apartments, an 18-hole golf course built to international standards, a golf club, a wellness center including spa and gym, commercial spaces as well as restaurants and cafes.
