Neocleous Tower in Limassol expects construction permit shortly

A. Neocleous Holdings is planning the construction of Neocleous Tower on Makarios Avenue in Limassol, Cyprus. The total height of the Tower will be 120 meters above ground level. It is estimated that the entire cost of the project will reach € 24 mln.

The environmental study for the project was recently examined by the Environmental Impact Assessment Committee and the issuance of a permit is expected shortly.

Construction work on the Neocleous Tower project is expected to begin in 2020 and last about 2.5 years.

The development plot of the Project allows mixed-use development including residential and commercial use.

The mixed use tower will consist of

  • 25 floors and 4 basements, with110 parking spaces,

  • a cafeteria,

  • a business center/club,

  • a gym,

  • apartments,

  • gardens,

  • a multipurpose hall,

  • a reception hall.

Floors 22–25 will serve engineering purposes and the roof of the building will have a slope of 42 degrees, creating a curve that will allow the installation of photovoltaic panels.
