Anolia Holdings secured approval by the Cyprus Department of Environment for the construction of two high-rise buildings in Pyrgos in Limassol under the name Zaria Development.
Zaria Development is located between the Parklane Hotel and the Sofitel Hotel. The project comprises two residential towers designed by Oxley Planetvision. Management will be by Accor Hotels. Completion is expected in 2022.
Zaria Development consists of two 18 and 16-storey high-rise residential buildings with a total of 75 apartments. The project will offer indoor and outdoor swimming pools, playgrounds, gym and green areas.
The project’s facilities include gated entrances with 24-hour security, a ground-floor lobby, a gym, a spa, a cigar and whiskey lounge, several restaurants, a kids’ club and underground parking.
The 75 apartments are divided into 5 different types with the following characteristics:
14 one-bedroom apartments
29 two-bedroom apartments
22 three-bedroom apartments
8 penthouses
2 executive penthouses.
The proposed development is 3 km from Pyrgos and 15 km away from the Limassol city centre.
