Revolut has announced that its European crypto entity, Revolut Digital Assets Europe Ltd, has been granted a MiCA (Markets in Crypto-Assets) license by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC).

This license enables Revolut to operate regulated crypto services across all 30 countries in the European Economic Area (EEA). Revolut serves more than 65 million customers globally.

The company’s Cyprus entity will serve as the hub for its EEA crypto operations, building on its existing trading platform, Revolut X. The company has also introduced a new fee structure for exchanges between stablecoins and fiat currencies, with a monthly allowance of € 500,000 before a 0.25% fee applies.

The MiCA license will take effect on 25 November 2025, with the new fee structure starting on 8 December 2025.
