Totalserve Towers is a two-tower project being planned by the Totaserve Group. The towers’ location will be across the city’s coastal road. The towers are separated from the beach by the October 28th Avenue, Limassol’s main seafront avenue.

 

They are close to a large availability of shops, bars and restaurants and Limassol’s public bus service runs the entire length of Limassol’s coastline. The Limassol Zoo and Public Gardens are located in the west and the Enaerios Complex and Makarios Avenue in the east, while the Cypriot World Trade Centre is a 10-minute walk from the towers.

The project will offer both luxury apartments for sale as well as office spaces for leasing. It will additionally provide retail and gallery spaces around podium plazas, communal sky gardens for apartment residents and an exclusive rooftop bar in one of the towers.
