The Tower at St. Raphael Resort & Marina is a high-rise tower of 14 floors that offers residential apartments and penthouses. It is located in the Pareklisia area of Limassol and is connected to the 5-star St. Raphael Resort & Marina.

 

Its beachfront location allows all residents to have sea and marina views. The resorts is situated on a blue-flag awarded beach.

Residences include single-floor apartments in one, two and three-bedroom layouts as well as a three-bedroom duplex penthouse on the top two floors. All residences come with balconies.

Facilities for residents will include a lobby on the tower’s entrance, a speciality restaurant on the lower level floor, full service for apartments, a roof garden terrace, a gym, a bar and an infinity plunge pool.

 

Residents also have access to all the hotel’s facilities which include a spa, gym, sauna, seven restaurants, tennis courts and a chapel for religious events. Residents also benefit from the hotel’s private 237-berth marina that allows entry to the hotel by yacht.

The hotel management also offers additional services to residents such as apartment rentals when they are away on holiday or not using them.
