Tower 66 is a residential high-rise project in the area of Ayios Tychonas, Limassol, which will stand at 81 metres tall. It will be located 230 metres from Ayios Tychonas community’s beach.

The Tower will offer apartments starting from studio size apartments to 5-bedroom apartments. Pinin Farina is responsible for the Tower’s architectural design that offers residents unobstructed sea-views.

​

Tower 66 will comprise ninety-six residential units on seventeen floors and is expected to accommodate 230 people. A reception will be located on the tower’s ground floor and will include underground parking with 125 parking spaces.

​

The project will offer residents many facilities such as a wellness centres, a gym, a swimming pool, a bar and restaurant, storage spaces as well as three communal spaces with green areas for the community's recreation.

In particular, the project is located 500 meters west of the Ayios Tychonas Community Centre and 20 minutes away from the city center of Limassol. Additionally, it is 100 meters south of the coastal Amathus Avenue with many hotels, restaurants and bars in the area.
