The Trilogy is a landmark development of three residential and commercial towers located on the sea in the centre of Limassol.

Located on a large land plot that belongs to one of the historic families of Cyprus, Trilogy comprises three high-rise towers featuring both Signature Apartments as well as Office Spaces. In this respect, it is a unique development, allowing residents to enjoy both luxury living and office space in the same compound.

 

Trilogy is divided into three towers:

 

  • The West Tower comprises 69 apartments and 52 offices on a 38-storey building. The West Tower offers 1-, 2-, 3- and 4-bedroom apartments and two 5-bedroom duplex penthouses. The residential units start from the twentieth floor to the thirty-eighth floor, while the offices start from the second floor to the sixteenth floor. Spa and gym areas are located from the seventeenth floor to the eighteenth floor.

 

  • The East Tower comprises 127 apartments on a 35-storey building. The East Tower offers 1-, 2-, 3- and 4-bedroom apartments with two 5-bedroom duplex penthouses. The residential units start from the second floor to the thirty-fifth floor and the spa and gym areas are located from the eleventh floor to the twelfth floor.

 

  • The North Tower is still at a planning stage but is scheduled to offer 111 apartments.

 

Trilogy offers all its residents and office owners sea views of Limassol’s coastline. Trilogy apartment specifications include:

Trilogy offers its residents a 24-hour security and concierge service and private underground parking. Office owners and tenants additionally benefit from a 24-hour maintenance and access control as well as fast digital connectivity.

 

There is also a Private Oasis at the towers’ base, private to residents, that offers services and outdoor facilities that include swimming pools, a pool bar, tennis courts, landscaped gardens and a children’s play area. A public area at the entrance of Trilogy will offer restaurants, cafes, bars and shops. 

 

Trilogy is located on the Limassol seafront, approximately 2 minutes walk from the Limassol Zoo and Public Gardens to the west and the Enaerios Complex and Makarios Avenue to the east. The complex is separated from the beach by the October 28th Avenue, Limassol’s main seafront avenue. Across this, by the sea, is a coastal walkway that stretches from Dasoudi Forest and Beach to the east, all the way to Limassol Old Port and Marina to the west.
