The University of Nicosia’s student residences consist of three separate complexes: SIX, U and Triangle. SIX and U are already open for students while Triangle will be ready on Fall 2019. They are located in the Makedonitissa area of Nicosia and are a 10-minute walk from the University of Nicosia. The area itself provides students with a large availability of restaurants, cafes and bars within walking distance.

SIX comprises 307 student residences on 12 floors split between six towers. It also includes the exclusive UNIC clubhouse that is located on the 12th floor, with a rooftop restaurant, bar and swimming pool. Facilities include a gym, cafes, TV room and a games room. Residences are available in various forms of studios as well as two-bedroom apartments.

U comprises 399 student residences on 7 floors. U offers residents four cafes and restaurants, a gym, an entertainment area, reading room, lounge area, games areas and a TV room. Residences are available in various forms of studios as well as two-bedroom apartments.

Triangle will be built to complement the existing SIX and will add 153 residences that will include rooftop bungalows.

Amenities for students will include laundry service, Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, 24-hour security, room maintenance services, cable TV and private parking and bicycle racks.

The university sector in Cyprus is expanding rapidly and there is a high demand for student housing in Nicosia, Limassol, Larnaka and Pafos.
