Zaria Resort is a new project in Limassol in an exclusive beachfront location. The Zaria Resort project will include a Grand Hyatt Hotel, a residential tower and villas. Zaria Resort will be the first development of its kind in Cyprus. 

 

The Grand Hyatt Hotel will comprise 300 rooms and will offer its guests and members unparalleled facilities including:

The residential tower will be integrated in the Hotel, starting from level 8. The residents will benefit from:

At the later stage of the project, exclusive villas will be developed at the north part of the plot. Villas will have spacious interiors, vast gardens, access to extensive infrastructure facilities, privacy and security.
